Returns Policy

All sales are final

All purchases from CRAYZO Apparel are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering.

The exception: defects and order errors

We make it right when the mistake is ours. Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a replacement or refund if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect (failed seam, printing flaw, material damage present on arrival), or
• You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color compared to your order confirmation.

Requests made after the 14-day window cannot be accepted.

How to file a claim

• Email contact@crayzoapparel.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the defect or error.
• We'll review and respond with resolution steps, typically within 2 business days.

Return shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — CRAYZO Apparel LLC is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Resolution

Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same item where stock allows, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Items not eligible

• Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
• Items damaged through use or improper care
• Socks and accessories with opened packaging, unless defective
• Final-markdown or clearance items, unless defective
