All purchases from CRAYZO Apparel are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before ordering.
We make it right when the mistake is ours. Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a replacement or refund if:
Requests made after the 14-day window cannot be accepted.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — CRAYZO Apparel LLC is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same item where stock allows, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
