Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. During launch drops and high-volume periods, processing may extend by an additional 1–3 business days; if so, we'll note it on the site.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Some items may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the site when active.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the notification.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. CRAYZO Apparel LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your package shows delivered but you can't locate it, check with neighbors and your local carrier office first, then contact us and we'll help you open a carrier claim.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
